January 20th Workout

Wii Fit Plus: 28 minutes (including: Island Cycling, Flying, Perfect 10, Obstacle Course, Yoga, Strength Training, Hula Hoop)

Apparently, I have great balance.  Who knew?

I rock the hula hoop and absolutely suck at flying and skateboarding.  Any tips?

  1. Here's a great tip - if you really wanna get your but kicked, drop the extra dimes and pick up Wii Active. Oh. My. Gawsh. The sweet torture. That ish WORKS. Now if only I can motivate myself to just do it with any consistency.... :)

    Either way, you're doing WAY more than I am! I need to channel your motivation to get my butt moving! :)

    And I totally agree with Kym...get the Wii Active, it will work you like you wouldn't believe.
