January 26th Workout
Wii Fit: 28 minutes (Rhythm Kung Fu, marching band, Routine including yoga, strength training and aerobics).
Many thanks to friends who gave me tips on flying! The best bet is to pretend that you're swimming and do a breaststroke motion. :)

January 18th Workout
JD got our new Wii Fit Plus set up and we both took a turn on it. I absolutely love it! I worked out for a total of 30 minutes on a variety of different activities -- aerobics (Basic Step, Advanced Step, Basic Run, Basic Hula Hoop), balancing (Penguin Swim, Flying, Lotus Flame) and two poses in strength training.
I'm looking forward to using this method of exercise, especially during the winter.

January 17th Workout
We finally got our new Wii set up. I rocked boxing for about 20 minutes.
I can see why my sister sees so many Wii injuries in her work. It's very easy to work above your fitness level.
