it.&amp;nbsp; I absolutely love it!&amp;nbsp; I worked out for a total of 30 minutes on a variety of different activities -- aerobics (Basic Step, Advanced Step, Basic Run, Basic Hula Hoop), balancing (Penguin Swim, Flying, Lotus Flame) and two poses in strength training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm looking forward to using this method of exercise, especially during the winter.&lt;div
